Best in town. Honest, pleasant collision repair company. I have had the "mis"fortune of having had to repair 2 of my cars. A Tesla and a Lexus. Both the jobs were done professionally, and the charges were reasonable and appropriate. I took my third car for a small dent in the car. They gave me an estimate but also suggested how to fix it without having to spend thousands of dollars. Amazing. Thoroughly impressed. I will trust this company with any of my cars in the future, if they need repair. And they are Veterans, icing on the cake. Thanks Flower City Collision.

I had the new front bumper cover for my 10th gen Honda Civic Sport Hatchback painted by Flower City Collision. Small delays set aside, the quality of the paint job was very impressive, especially with the color match as White Orchid Pearl came in several different shades. The price tag to paint the bumper cover I provided was reasonable too, no strings attached with the staff there being on the level. A++ with 👍👍. Thank you.

Zach, Matt and Brandon were a HUGE help with everything involving my rear end collision. Extremely communicative via phone call and email whenever I needed them. Even helped day to day with an issue between the insurance company. They truly care about giving you the best service possible.

Overall I had a great experience from start to finish and I will be back if I ever need auto body work again!! I was able to drop in at my convenience for an estimate which I received the same day. They kept me informed on the status of my parts. Once the parts were in, they were able to get my car into the shop pretty quick. When I got it back, which it was ready within a few days, it was like brand new again; inside and out!! They made what normally would’ve been a hassle dealing with insurance, a breeze!! I was even able to leave my rental car onsite and they contacted Enterprise for me. I highly recommend this shop for any of your auto body repair needs, plus it is a family & veteran owned business, so support local when you can.

I went to Flower City Collision to get an estimate on repairing a rear bumper dent on my deceased mother-in-laws' car. Being that the car is ten years old, I just wanted to make it look better but not spend too much money on paint, etc. Rather than give me a quote on what such a repair could cost going through the shop, they advised that I speak to one of their workers who could do it for me at minimal cost, on the side. I just had the work done today. Of course it's not perfect because I didn't want to pay for that, but it looks so much better. But the reason for this review is because I felt like I was given extremely kind customer care. And everyone I came into contact with were courteous and friendly; the vibe of the work environment is like they are family. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there should I ever need collision work done on one of our cars. Thanks Big Matt!

I recently received service here after another driver hit my car in the front and at the side. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and most importantly they did a FANTASTIC JOB on the repairs. My car is driving better than ever and all of the random squeaking I experienced even when driving pre-accident is now gone too. They made a very stressful situation less stressful. I would highly recommend!

I recently used them for an insurance claim repair and was thoroughly impressed. The friendly and efficient staff took care of everything from start to finish. They even found my jewelry, which had fallen deep inside my hood three years ago. It was a nice surprise, and I appreciate their honesty in returning it. Repair looks great, couldn’t tell I was even in an accident. Overall, I highly recommend this service.
